2015: “Distinctly Chatham” submitted by past parade participant, Kevin Foley

2016: “Freedom is not Free” submitted by South Chatham summer resident, Kara Ann Smith. Kara and her family have been coming to Chatham since 1960.

2017: “Chatham is a great place to celebrate all holidays though out the year” suggested by Chatham summer visitor Courtney Cratty.

2018: “Hooked on Chatham!” suggested by Suzanne Schneeberger, a regular visitor to Chatham who lives in Connecticut and is looking forward to the parade.

2019: “Chatham Honors You! Service Members Past, Present, Future” suggested by Sam Foley, 9, in honor of his grandfathers who both live in Chatham and served in in the military.

2020: “Chatham Celebrates Women – In Honor of the 100th Anniversary of Women’s Right to Vote” submitted by Juliet Bernstein, a legendary Chatham citizen who has made significant contributions to the community through her activism, volunteerism, and leadership.

2021: “Chatham: From ‘Shell-tering’ by the Sea to Celebrating a New Beginning” suggested by Paula Carroll

2022: “Chatham: Salty as Ever” suggested by Diana Hackett-Braman who grew up in Chatham and will always remember the smell of the salt air.

2023: “Timeless Chatham: Then, Now & Beyond” submitted by Ginny Nickerson, who wrote: The Chatham Historical Society is turning 100 this year and our Centennial Committee is working towards Bringing History to Life as well as telling our stories along with educating people about the Atwood Museum, our memories, collections and the history of our special town.

2024: “Chatham: It’s a Shore Thing!” submitted by Chuck Borkoski, who wrote, “One of the town’s greatest assets is its shoreline.”
